Smooth Lanes

What an honor to have my short story, "Smooth Lanes," listed as an honorable mention in the African Diaspora international short story contest. I'm excited and although I didn't win, I feel this is what I need to encourage me to keep speaking for the silent ones. This photo below, a random image, is what prompted me to write "Smooth Lanes." Anything and anyone can serve as an inspiration. Hence, a novel, novella, novelty, here we come.
